Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Branding & Decor Installer to lead our installation operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee and execute high-quality branding, signage, and decor installations on-site and in-office.
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a natural leader. You will be working alongside a young, dynamic team that is eager to learn and grow in this industry. Your role will involve mentoring them, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship, and maintaining excellent communication with both the team and our clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Installations: Oversee and execute on-site branding and decor installations from start to finish, ensuring everything meets our high-quality standards.
Vinyl & Branding Application: Expertly apply various types of vinyl (window decals, wall wraps, vehicle branding, etc.) and install physical branding elements.
Site Preparation & Finishing: Handle on-site painting, general maintenance, and structural preparation required for decor installations.
Electrical Work: Perform general, basic electrical tasks necessary for illuminated signage and decor integrations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, train, and develop a young crew of junior installers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment.
Project Communication: Act as the main point of contact on-site. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Logistics & Equipment: Drive company vehicles to and from sites, manage site logistics, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Core Skills & Experience
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in branding, signage, and decor installations.
Technical Expertise: * Advanced proficiency in all types of vinyl applications:
Strong practical skills in painting and general site maintenance.
Solid working knowledge of general electrical systems as they pertain to signage and decor.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and transfer skills to junior team members.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional client-facing demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and find practical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver's license (essential).
Clear criminal record.
Relevant trade certificates (e.g., electrical or installation certifications) are a strong bonus but not strictly required if experience is proven.
